Headline discussion deferred because of Year in Review meeting

Projects

Due to the interest in the Lease and Rentals project, the rest of the
meeting was deferred. PegaSoft Conduct Policies were signed and the
Request for Proposal was handed out to interested parties.

PegaSoft has exclusive rights to design and build a room booking system for
a client. A RFP was be presented and a successful bidder will be working
for PegaSoft to develop the system.

Ken spent most of the evening going over the project requirements and
answering questions from the developers.

Next Meeting

Thursday, February 17, 2005.
