1. Changed some C int booleans to 8-bit booleans for Ada compatibility.

2. Removed Nicholas' debugging statements from C code and windows.adb.

3. Fixed const C pointer arithmetic in CUNIX function.

4. Updated GCC parameters in Tia go script. Removed -m486 as obsolete.
