PegaSoft Canada is a Linux organization based in Toronto, Canada. We provide a variety of services including custom Linux development and web design. We also design and promote commerical and open source Linux software. We sponsor a variety of Linux events in the Toronto area.
PegaSoft members meet at regular dinner meetings to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in Linux and work together to develop great new Linux software. We also have members mailing list to discuss technical issues and get local job tips. Our goal is to act both as a programmer resource and to promote projects developed by our members.

PegaSoft provides a place where innovative Linux programmers can come together, develop exciting ideas, and receive recognition for their ideas. A place to push the evelope of technological progress. A place where entrepreneurial programmers receive a "piece of the action" for the software they create.
We hold regular meetings to allow members to network, talk about Linux, and to work on and promote Linux software projects. We sponsor regular yearly events, including the Linux Charity Christmas Party to raise money for the underpriveleged, Annual Open House to expose Linux to the community and the PegaSoft Summer Retreat where we take our computers to the great outdoors. We maintain programmer resources, such as the PegaSoft Portal, and sponsor seminars to keep our developers up-to-date in the latest technology.
In turn, PegaSoft members are expected to:
-
Attend Meetings - meet to discuss Linux, network with other developers, and work together to develop projects bigger than you can do on your own
-
Pay Dues - the money collected at each meeting goes towards keeping PegaSoft running, promoting projects by our members, Linux advocacy and sponsoring charity organizations
-
Adhere to Code of Ethics - PegaSoft members support a responsible Linux community, and a better world to live and work in.
